This high-performance slitter cartridge enables slitting on demanding substrates including shrink films. It is designed to incorporate Tidland’s Class I performance series knife holders with rotary shear knives on an adjustable dovetail mounting bar.

Split collar anvils are mounted to a precision expanding knife shaft allowing for easy and quick adjustment. This removable slitting section is driven by an independent servo motor and is plumbed into the machine air supply to actuate the knives and expansion of the anvil. Convert razor slitting by replacing the 90mm shear knife with Tidland’s Class I razor cartridge.
